Last April I was riding my 12 year old Liver Chestnut Quarter Horse/Thoroughbred gelding in a drill team. It is a youth drill team the open a lot of shows and rodeos. So my horse totally freaks out at the flag so when it was time to canter the flag scared him. So I dropped it only to find myself falling to the side. It was a fence with 6 metal bars going down the side and when I fell I hit everyone of them. I went to the doctor and he said, had I not been wearing my Troxel Legacy helmet I would have likely been in the ICU with a coma.
